Krise Appointed to Airport Advisory Committee

FORT MYERS, Fla. (Feb. 25, 2014) – Randy Krise, CCIM, has been appointed to the Lee County Port Authority Airports Special Management Committee (ASMC) by Lee County Commissioner Brian Hamman. The committee serves as an advisory board to the Lee County Board of Port Commissioners, reviewing policy, administrative and management matters for Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field. Each ASMC member serves without compensation.

Krise has more than 34 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is a broker and owner of Krise Commercial Group, LLC in Fort Myers and Randy Krise Realty in Georgia, a commercial brokerage company licensed since 1984. He is licensed in the state of Georgia and Florida and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Krise also manages multiple commercial properties and serves as a property manager for clients. In addition, he also owned childcare centers for more than 26 years.

Krise is currently the 2014 president-elect for the CCIM Florida Chapter. He is a past member of the Horizon Council, Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce and Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce.

He has authored many articles in newspapers and magazines and presented at conferences and organizations on commercial real estate. Krise is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Page Field provides services to corporate, commercial and private aviators and accommodated more than 81,000 aircraft operations in 2013.
